Mustang Parts Inventory and Condition

One thing to consider when getting ready to blast off and tear down your Mustang is what parts on your car are worth restoring, what must you purchase new and what needs to be purchased used and restored.

I spent a day on Project Playboy looking through a parts catalog and putting together a list of all of the new parts that could be purchased new for a 1967 Mustang. Once I had my list I spent a couple days of quality time actually doing a visual inventory on the assembled car to make the determination on what to buy new, buy used and what to restore.

While doing the inventory and condition check I took a lot of photos; not only to get photos of the old parts but to have an archive of photos to reference if the need arises.

To see the worksheets template that I used and the archival photos go to Project Playboy - Selection and Planning - Inventory and Condition Inspection
