Engine Compartment
Now that the engine and transmission have been removed from Project Playboy the disassembly continues within the engine compartment to remove a few remaining pieces before moving onto the the wiring.
There are a few components that need to be removed before I can take out the wiring. This includes stripping the bolt on items that would otherwise be difficult to get to with the engine in the Mustang.
Remove the starter solenoid, window washer bag and lines
Remove the motor mount brackets
Remove the master cylinder and unbolt a few items
Remove the master cylinder and remove the attaching hardware from these items:
Prep the headlamp harness for removal.
Remove all of the wire harness clips from the head light harness feed the headlamp harness back through the holes in the fender aprons. I will disconnect this harness when I move onto removing the wringing.
To remove the wire harness straps use a 1/4 inch socket to push them out of the holes
